Complaint

The buyer may file a complaint concerning a contract concluded at a distance.

A properly submitted complaint should include:

• The seller's contact information.

• the date of the contract's conclusion, which gave rise to the complaint.

• The nature of the complaint, as well as an explanation in writing

If it is necessary to provide additional information, the seller returns to the complaining about supplementing it before considering the complaint. The seller undertakes to consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt of the letter. A response to the complaint is sent electronically to the designated email address or in paper form to the mailing address.

Goods Returned

Under the current rules, a buyer is entitled to the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason and without incurring additional costs, with the exception of those referred to in Art. 33 and Art. 34 of the Law on Consumer Rights dated May 30, May 2014.
