Complaints


The buyer may file a complaint concerning a contract concluded at a distance.
Properly submitted complaint should include:

• The seller's data.
• The date of conclusion of the contract giving rise of the complaint.
• The subject of the complaint, together with a written explanation.

If it is needed to provide additional information, the seller returns to the complaining about supplementing it before considering the complaint. The seller undertakes to consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt of the letter. Response to the complaint is sent electronically to the designated email address or in paper form to the mailing address.

Return of Goods

Under the current rules they are entitled to the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason and without incurring additional costs, with the exception of those referred to in Art. 33, Art. 34 of the Law on Consumer Rights dated 30 May 2014.
