? Product Returns

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, please send us a declaration of withdrawal and return the unused product in intact condition – preferably in its original packaging. Only undamaged and complete products are eligible for return.

Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will refund the payment to the specified bank account promptly, no later than within 14 days.


? Complaints

If the received product is defective or inconsistent with the contract, you may file a complaint. A correctly submitted complaint should include:

  • your contact details,

  • the date of purchase,

  • the name of the product and a description of the issue,

  • proof of purchase – receipt or invoice.

If the provided information is incomplete, we will contact you to complete the complaint before processing it.

We undertake to review all complaints within 14 days of receiving them. A response will be sent either by email or in writing to the address provided.
