These are tubular rims, requiring 'tubular tires', which are either glued-on, or taped-on, using Miyata Tubular Tape.
These are the rims that every pro rider in Japan use for Keirin races. 700c size, tubular, with 36 holes.
High polished finish, not chromed or anodized.
